Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Method
Returns can be made in-store.

Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Currency
All refunds are processed in ZAR (South African Rand) and will be automatically converted to the customer's local currency if applicable.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning non-defective items. For defective or damaged items, Inala Medical will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We also accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To request an exchange, contact us at sales@inalamedical.co.za with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the item and sending the replacement.
