Shipping Area
We currently only ship within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damage or Loss During Shipping
If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@inalamedical.co.za. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Signature Required
Some items may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package at a local facility.
